We Work Together
All our volunteers are known as “Zariya” because we believe that we are just a medium of help, actual work is done by people who help us to arrange meals for needy. We are active in Delhi, Faridabad & Gurgaon.
We Are Non Profit Organization
Jeewan hi Udeshya is a thought which turned to be a Trust.
Deepak Dhawan & Jitesh Khare had started a social media group on 15th Aug’2018 with the name of Jeewan Hi Udeshya – JHU with an aim to provide food to needy. Many other people joined us in this noble cause. We used to provide free meals to needy. We worked as a social media group for good 2 year and in Oct’2020, we registered JHU as a trust with a desire to help our country to fight against hunger.

Project
We started JHU with an idea to arrange meal for those who were fighting with hunger. But nobody was aware that one day, we all will have to fight for Air to breathe. Second wave of Covid-19 was very dangerous and critical for every class. Be it lower class, middle class or upper class, everyone was shattered with the second wave. But in this situation as well, our team was working day & night to arrange required help for people in need. Considering the situation, we have done 4 different projects.
1. Jaane Nahi Denge Tujhe:
This project was very crucial because we were fighting to arrange medical help for needy under this project. We had received more than 6000 queries regarding hospital/Oxygen/Medical help. We could arrange 173 Oxygen cylinder, 534 Oxygen Cans, 2 Concentrators.
2. Meal to Heal:
Once oxygen crisis was under control, we started focusing on hunger issue and we observed the daily wager & found that it is getting very difficult to arrange 1 time meal. So, we started distributing meals. We distributed approx. 50 thousand meals under this project.
3. Grocery to Feed a Family:
When we were on ground, daily wager like rikshaw puller and labor started requesting to provide rashan as their families were also hungry at home and they could not earn anything due to lockdown. So, we arranged approx. 4000 rashan kits for them and helped them to feed their families as well.
4. Every Kid’s Need, A Glass of Milk To Feed:
With food and rashan kits distribution, we were able to arrange help for younger and old people in the family but there kids as well who were need of milk. So, we decided to distribute milk for underprivileged kids. We set a target to distribute 50K glasses of milk but we could distribute only 13K glasses.
